Apply to work with us

We’re a growing social media marketing agency working with brands in the wedding industry. We create scroll-stopping content, manage social platforms, and bring fresh, strategic ideas to life to help our clients reach their goals.

Who you are:

- Live and breathe social media

- Detail-obsessed + creative by nature

- Self-starter, curious, excited to learn

- Strong communicator and leader

- Thrive in a flexible, remote environment

- Wedding Industry + Agency/Social Media Experience Required

We're hiring for:

- Account Leads (Full-time)

- Social Media Managers (Full-time and part-time opportunities)

ACCOUNT LEAD ROLE:
As an Account Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, creating strategic marketing content, and ensuring our clients' success. You oversee our social media managers and can do everything they can do. Your hands-on skills are as sharp as anyone on your team's; because you're the final review before anything reaches a client, and you can't coach craft you can't do. You think several steps ahead, you translate a client's business goals into a content strategy, and then execute it with your team. You know the difference between a post that looks good and a post that's going to work. You are a self-starter and a strategic-minded leader.

What you'll do:

- Own the full client relationship: timelines, revisions, communications, leading client meetings, strategy development and implementation

- Understand what strategic content actually is, at every level: how to create it yourself, how to teach it to your Social Media Managers, and how to spot it when it's missing from their work — then give feedback specific enough that they know exactly how to fix it

- Give feedback and final QC on your Social Media Managers' work: review for "does this hit the goal," not "does this look fine"

- Know your clients well enough to read between the lines — their actual wants, needs, and goals, not just what's in the brief — and make sure everything that goes out (visuals, copy, tone) feels unmistakably like them, not generic content with their logo on it. This is high-touch strategic work. We go above and beyond for our clients, and everything we create has a purpose.

- Analyze success metrics, our clients' business goals, and deliver client analytics and recommendations on schedule

- Run pod operations — daily oversight, weekly status reporting, 1:1s and training with your Social Media Managers

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER ROLE:

As a Social Media Manager, you'll help bring our clients' brands to life on social media. Your goal is to make your clients SHINE. You are a creative executor with an exceptional eye for graphic design, image curation, and taste. You’ll work across a roster of clients to develop ideas, create content, write copy, build content calendars, and turn raw assets into thoughtful social content that feels intentional to each brand. A big part of this role is being able to look at what you’re given and find the content within it.

You’ll be responsible for both the creative thinking and the execution behind your work. That means taking an idea from ideation through creation, internal review, client approval, scheduling, and publication while keeping the details organized along the way.

You’ll also work closely with the rest of the LFM team. We collaborate often, share ideas freely, give direct feedback, and expect everyone to contribute to making the work stronger.

What you'll do:

- Full hands-on content creation, video editing, and storytelling (Reels, carousels, story series, graphics)

- Curate clients' visual portfolios and asset libraries; find the content within raw material

- Write and edit captions, hooks, and on-screen copy in each client's actual voice

- Own community management for your accounts — comments, DMs, real-time engagement

- Build and maintain content calendars; keep things moving; ping clients as needed; manage revision requests and client feedback

- Use your judgment to flag red flags to your Account Lead before they become problems

- Own recurring client-specific processes as they're handed to you

How We Work:

LaFave Media is a small, growing agency, so we work collaboratively and move quickly. We care deeply about the quality of what we create, but we also know that great creative work requires experimentation, curiosity, and the willingness to keep refining.

We trust our team with a lot of autonomy, and that trust comes with accountability.

We’re not looking for someone who needs a step-by-step list for every assignment. We want someone who can be given context, ask smart questions when needed, make decisions, manage their time effectively, and keep things moving.

Our team is:

- Creative, strategic, curious, self-starters

- Collaborative without needing constant oversight

- Detail-oriented, innovative, problem solvers

- Comfortable giving and receiving thoughtful feedback

- Willing to jump in and help when the team needs it

- Serious about deadlines and communication

- Always looking for ways to make the work better

We care about doing great work, being completely obsessed with our clients, and building an agency people genuinely enjoy being part of.
